To be fair, some are born with multiples of the sex chromosomes (XXY, XYY, etc.). There are true genetic anomalies, and some create medical situations that are challenging for doctors, patients, and parents. Those folks deserve our empathy as there is sometimes physical issues involving their genitals that they will live with for the rest of their lives. For everyone else though - XX or XY...PERIOD. Mental health issues deserve mental health solutions, not physical mutilation and hormone destruction of the body. Problems exist between the ears, not the legs.
You need a narrow door between the two with the entire alphabet on it, to be inclusive you know, that leads down a narrow hallway to another door, that opens to the outside of the building. Both doors should also be self closing, locking, and smooth on the exit side. No backsies. HTR
In (Singapore/Hong Kong/I forget) the bar's bathroom door led to the alley 'twixt buildings; stand facing the wall or squat over the hole according to your need/anatomy. I find the whole gender-neutral woke-ism silly. The picture is a hoot!
