Fine Art Tuesday

Street art from Bogotá, Columbia

Medellín, Columbia

  1. Thanks for holding up the tradition!
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder for sure, but its hard to look at this stuff and not appreciate the hard work, detail, effort, color, etc... its not my taste, but it is artistic. I like how some cities have been doing the grafiti/mural art projects on buildings and alleyways. Knoxville did a really good job aroubd the Market Square (tourist) area. Even out here in the sticks of EastTN, some buildings and civic properties (viaducts, retaining walls, etc.) get a treatment from a local artist that highlights some feature of the town. In my little burg the veterinarian had a big cat and dog mural painted, the pharmacist did a tribute to the former peach groves that used to be here. Tatseful, good quality, hopefully will be maintained over the years!

  2. Can be studied for hours. Don’t get the mythics of the three-eyed jaguar.

  5. I quit my office job and now I am getting paid 90 Dollars hourly. How? I work over the internet! My old work was making me miserable, so I was forced to try-something different. 2 years later...I can say my life is changed completely for the better!
