I wonder if anybody has done a cost-benefit analysis comparing the current Covid shots (with all of their collateral issues) and paying people to lose weight (including all of the collateral benefits).
There is undoubtedly a "break even" $/lb value. I am curious as to how much it is.
Considering that serious obesity is apparently a major indicator that you're likely going to have a bad time with Covid, losing weight to get to a healthy level makes sense in general for health and for covid-caused illness as well.
ReplyDeleteYeah, not professional at all...
ReplyDeleteCan I be paid in brownies and burgers?
ReplyDeleteSeems like the plan is to tank the economy, collapse the trucking industry, destroy the food supply lines, and make sure grocery stores can no longer keep their shelves filled.
ReplyDeleteSo I think the government is on top of the obesity problem. And they won't have to pay anybody!
Covid 19 ... a place where the expression "Heathy as a horse." takes on new meaning. PS I think you flubbed a few decimal points in your entertainment post.
ReplyDeleteI am aware that there is a two decimal point difference between the dosing of dogs for heartworm and the dosing of higher order apes for certain virus. The dosage of dogs/heartworm is .006mg/kg and a frequently listed dosage for higher-apes/virus is 0.6mg/kg.
DeleteNot trying to be disagreeable, but might that be why you think there is a math error.
Hey, I do make mistakes. I will flag and correct the post if you found an error with the 0.006mg/kg dosage rate.
Thanks

That would be it. The dosing difference that is. I just hate it when you are disagreeable. :) Seriously, I had less intense symptoms this go around. Besides the urge to whiney all symptoms vanished in an hour of taking the stuff. Works. Mixed it with yogurt and some jam. It may be apple flavored but they picked the nastiest Granny Smith to copy. Mowing, clipping and postholes that would not have been possible with my first Covid experience were all possible. I honestly feel set free with a tool besides vitamins/minerals to respond to this thing.
DeleteIs the kid really a "star" on his team, or is he just a guard because he's too heavy to move and too wide to run around? Is this like the "honor students" who get killed while committing violent crimes? I suspect that she is more valuable to the paintball team than he is to the football team.
ReplyDeleteWhat I don't understand is how quickly the extreme Left has gotten the power in our institutions to force the firing of so many people for such picayune reasons. Does nobody have a set any more?
I doubt they had a football season last year. How many sophomores are "stars"?
DeleteAesop reviewed all the variables recently in his class snarky style. He specifically mentioned the difference in mortality for the elderly and obese/ unhealthy versus the younger and healthier. I don't have the link handy but it should be easy to find at Raconteur Report.
