Prices in my area-of-operation January 7, 2021


Fuel prices and tire price included because mobility equals freedom. Lower prices for both means more freedom.

Lots of chicken available at economical prices.


Some people live on pizza. Expect the package sizes to shrink.

  1. Out here on the left coast wholesale steel prices are up 20%. That started mid December.

  3. Raw materials prices are increasing aggressively for carbon steel sheet metal from coil 5-10%, plate not from coil (10-12%),quenched and tempered plate 10-12%.

    Stainless is up 15-20% across all product categories (sheet/tubing/barstock) and most tool steels are up 20-25%.

    THESE ARE PRICE INCREASES WE ARE SEEING IN JUST THE LAST 30 DAYS ! ! !

  5. Here comes Weimar. We have a goal this year of raising all our own basics: veggies, fruit, and meat. I just found out about mini-cows that are only 46" at the withers and will add one when we expand our pastures in the spring.
