God laughs when men make plans

It seemed so perfect. Covid came at exactly the right moment to topple Trump. The mail-in voting. The cratering economy. The timing of the vaccine to yank the economy out of the ditch the second the Dems took the reins of government. It was perfect. Almost as if it were designed for the purpose.

But then the mutations started showing up.

At least one vaccine is considered ineffective against the South African strain. There are two or three new strains popping up every week.

Vaccine production is not as robust as first believed.

The vaccine is fragile and spoils easily.

It is almost as if God was looking down from heaven, saw how the Dems were describing Covid and whimsically said, "Oh! That is what you want? I can accommodate you. I can create a virus that only responds to self-isolation."

  1. "God laughs"- Keep pointing out the heavenly humor. The antidote to despair that will stand the test of time.

  2. COVID is a Coronavirus. Same as the Flu. We have been trying to create a vaccine for the Flu for decades but Coronaviruses mutate their protein coat to defeat it. So shall it be with COVID. We are already starting to see breathless hysteria out of Europe that COVID is "mutating". Oh No! Better lock down again. ('cause it worked so well the first time) Gotta keep the sheeple scared.
Meanwhile, there are no annual flu cases for the first time in recorded history. Funny how that happens when you get paid for COVID cases.
Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain. Just do as you're told.

  3. Hebrews 12 talks about discipline...
Gospel of John 14 starts the last supper & Christ spoke of pruning...
Embrace the pruning because it makes you a better image of Christ. And it makes way more sense than whining about it.
God is more concerned with our holiness than our comfort and happiness.
I'm not implying that we should be meekly boarding the boxcars... Just saying that we ought to focus on what's truly important.

    1. Yes, we need to prune about half of the country. We will keep the productive half, and the rest can go **** themselves.

Too many coincidences. Some conspiracy theories are more than theories. And the conspirators will fight like cornered bobcats to prevent any investigations that might prove it.
