If they don't have jobs then their medical insurance is probably Medicaid which is administered by their state-of-residence. Tax payers in the states they left are probably cheering.
Estimates of the percentage of Americans who are "trans-sexual" vary wildly from 0.2% to 5%. Using 0.7% as a guesstimate of T.S. and an adult population of 250 million, then there are 1.7 million adults who identify as trans-sexuals. 100k is one in seventeen which seems like a lot considering the cost of breaking leases or distressed home sales, the cost of moving, disruptions to job and career.
So, if we assume that there are 110,000,000 households in the United States with an average of three people per household, did the trans-person who moved break up a family or did all three people move? Or, are the trans-sexuals who moved people who were no in relationship and maybe couch-surfing?
If true, then good riddance. The Left Coast can have them.
