Mrs ERJ and I stopped at a gas station in Charlotte, Michigan after working out at the gym.
The one we stopped at was a total zoo. Vehicles were stacked up heading into each bank of pumps.
Do you suppose it was because people are smart enough to equate the threats of Iranian missiles hitting Israel with a total lock-down of middle-Eastern oil exports and oil/gas shortages?
Same thing here at noon.
ReplyDeleteFilled all my diesel cans and truck.
Waited in line, they were stacked up behind me when I left.
As a full time investor zi noticed the volume going to 11 on 'an attack from Iran is imminent!!!' and shorted oil.
ReplyDeleteYou never get that kind of warning. Its a fake. US will claim they 'twarted' the attack.
Kabuki theatre, season4....
Kabuki Theater until it isn't.
DeleteThe story of the boy that cried wolf comes to mind. When the destructive wolf pack came the citizens laughed at the boy until the wolves ran down the street with bloody Jaws.

I haven’t been out for a few days, but our local station is like just about every Friday and Saturday. We make plans to get whatever we need earlier in the week.

I've lived multiple places where the grocery stores were packed Friday afternoon and Saturday. I assume other stores are too - LOTS of people get groceries then.

I always keep vehicles at minimum 3/4 or close, always have had plenty of stored gasoline that gets rotated regularly,we need to stay ahead of the curve if funds/time permit.
