Shocked at the deep pockets the Progressives in swing-districts have for targeted ads on the internet, conservatives are using strategies to deplete Progressive coffers.

Youtube presumably charges advertisers on a per-eyeball basis. Conservatives merely open up dozens of windows, all streaming Youtube. They mute each window and prop open their laptop so the camera can see the image shown at the top of the fold.
