That Yodeling Song

 


My career as a singer came to an abrupt end the night a biker-dude caught me looking at his 17 year-old daughter.

I tried to sing my way out of the tense situation. It almost worked. Things were looking good until I got to the yodeling and he thought I sang "...and I diddled the ol' lady too..."

    And I laugh! Dang. I saw Bill Staines live a couple times somewhere around 1979/1980. I had all but forgotten about him. thanks for the reminder.

    Another one that is good for a laugh. My (patient) guitar teacher had been a roadie for these guys, said I would probably like their music/show. He was right.
