  1. Thanks for this! I was just thinking, a short while ago, that I missed Ol' Remus' musings. Now excuse me while I "binge" on some Remus reruns. :)

  2. Joe, you got an eMail? I've been toying with an idea you would be involved in.

    1. I have a "throw-away" address that I look at every three months or so.

  3. I've kept Woodpile Report copies (in PDF) back to March 12, 2013 (#311). Not a complete set, but up to the July 20, 2020 final one (#632), unfortunately. This may be a good way to fill some gaps. Thanks!

Just reread his opening in #298 "Duty"... shockingly familiar today. He really was a genius.

    1. That was a good one. I also notice that it has a piece of pen and ink artwork from his own hand. http://www.woodpilereport.com/html/index-298.htm

  4. I never got into Ol' Remus. Great minds think alike, and he never said one single thing I could disagree with.

I suppose that might be construed as an insult to Remus... but it certainly isn't meant that way. He was just a good guy.

  5. That is a voice of intelligence and sanity that I miss nearly as much as I miss my Dad's.

  7. Excellent data - thanks for making us aware of it. I too miss Remus's on-line musings quite a bit. RIP Remus - you DID make a difference.
