Great Dates: Part IV

I received more feedback from the ERJ Focus Group: Beautiful, young women division.

This young lady noted that air-fare and lodging is available at rock-bottom prices.

It is completely reasonable to make a weekend trip to a city that you have always wanted to visit. And who better to take as a companion than your romance interest?

This young lady specifically mentioned Philadelphia, New Orleans and Louisville.

Of course, your destinations will vary depending on you and your romance partner's interests. If you like history and architecture and churches, then older cities are the place to go.

Louisville is a great place to go for bourbon tasting but is a bit "exciting" because of protesting but there are other great cities in Kentucky and Cincinnati is calmer (for now) and within striking distance of Louisville.

It is also worth noting that states differ in how anal they are about Covid restrictions. Visiting a state that is less restrictive than the one you currently live in can restore your sanity, if only for a little while.

  1. One has to wonder about the focus group suggesting flying off with a "date" for the weekend ...

Readers who are willing to comment make this a better blog. Civil dialog is a valuable thing.
