100,000 raging Canadian Rioters...

100,000 raging Canadian Rioters...still safer than a Justin Bieber party.

"Do not take a millstone as collateral, not even the top stone for that would be taking the debtor's life as a pledge."  Approximately Deut 24:6

More generally, do not deprive a man or threaten to deprive a man of his livelihood.

You deprived the individual.

You deprived his family.

In the case of the millstones, you deprived all of the man's customers as they will not be able to eat the grain as efficiently. The old with bad teeth and the very youngest are most deprived.

So it makes me angry when somebody like Ford threatens to yank protestors licences and destroy trucker's livelihoods. It is evil.

  1. The way that every single government is responding in lock step shows that something much bigger than we have imagined is going down . Somehow while we were not looking the anti-Christ / Beast system of world government has taken over the world . And I thought I was watching for it and yet it is upon us . The whole trans thing must be where Gawd has poured out the great delusion . What greater delusion than to think you can change your biological sex ?

    1. You are so right, good Sir.
I noticed the same thing at the start of the KungFlu Farce. How is it that EVERYBODY (but the jungle bunny in Botswana) had the exact same playbook, to a T! Obviously someone had written and disseminated it beforehand (and we all know who).
Then you get that one African guy that called BS, tested a papaya and some goat spit (positive!), and 3 weeks later he's dead.
Yeah, if you couldn't tell this whole things been rigged from the get go, you need to sit down until the adults are finished talking.

  2. That's the thing about evil, and those implementing evil. They have so deluded themselves that the powers they wield only do good that they no longer have the ability to understand that their offenses stink to high heaven and that their actions are an affront to the freedoms we have in Jesus Christ. And most in power do not even believe any longer God, but still give Him lip service, just as Satan and his demons do, though Satan and his demons know and acknowledge the reality of God, and revel in their rejection of Him.

  3. That is the true hell of what is happening up here. Turdo is obviously melting down and can no longer govern... and the friggin conservatives have a leadership crisis? At the provincial level finks like Ford and Jason Kenney yap about possibly maybe kinda-sorta lifting the mandates but hurriedly remind us all that they will reimpose them if they feel like it, and basic seasonal flu shots may become mandatory? And our municipal govts are talking about imposing their own mandates?

This will end badly, and we will not be voting our way out of it.

  4. Canada, like the US, already has a shortage of truckers. Suspending licenses will not only make people less helpful by attacking their livelihood, it will also make distribution of goods harder .
An article listed in your link discusses not only the difficulty of towing trucks, but also the point that is this protest is cleared, it will just reform somewhere else.
A senior policeman admitted that breaking it up and towing the trucks won't solve anything.
But the government refuses to discuss the issue or address the truckers concerns...to me, this is starting to look like Eastern Europe in 1989, especially with calls to bring in the military.

    1. One of the worst ways to recruit new workers is to send the message that they can lose their meal-ticket at any time for any action that might piss-off a political drone in a city 2000 miles away.

    2. What will happen when the Freedom Convoy is dispersed and then the truckers refuse to haul any load to anywhere?

  5. I recollect the independent truckers strike in the early 70's. And I remember the gunfire flashes at night along Pennsylvania I-80. It won't be hard to shut down all trucking, even if most want or are allowed to drive.

    1. A couple of trucks can shut down any highway... So can one man with a rifle.
On highways in parts of South America, criminals do it regularly, then rob the resulting traffic jam

    2. I've heard numbers for the Ottawa convoy of 50 to 80,000 so 100,000 over all is reasonably in the ballpark.

  7. Raging rioters that left every place they protested cleaner than before they had arrived.

Blockading the Ambassador Bridge was a masterstroke that focused attention on them.

I expect, once all the governments chest pounding and threats ceases that they start backing away from the mandates to prevent it happening again.

  8. Wonder I'd *all* those truckers get to feeling feverish, park their trailers over here, park their trucks over there, wait a day or two (having called in sick), before they go get PCR covavirus tests, and yaknow, gotta quarantine until they get their negative taste?

That would suck. Sure hope that that don't do that.

  9. Leftists are by definition evil. And the vast vast majority of people in office are leftists. They seek office because they seek power over others....which is a defining characteristic of evil.

  10. Yup. Evil, through and through . . . .

  11. Wrong Ford.
When I read your headline I thought that the Ford Motor Company could revoke vehicle user's operator license by disabling the vehicle via the interweb.
I believe that farm machinery manufacturers can do such a thing. Holding "owners" to manufacturer's service depots, spares, etc. Which is why older "dumb" tractors are in demand.
I therefore classify myself with the older tractor as old and dumb.
