Garden Party position on Immigration

The fact of the matter is that the career politicians and the Administrative state have a vested interest in NOT solving the issues with immigration and visas. Grid-lock allows them to have their cake and eat it too...at the expense of both citizens and immigrants.

The system is so now complex that it is bypassed. Ergo, there is no functioning system in place.

The Garden Party position is to use Executive Orders to streamline the process and to skim out the 25% who are least compatible with our culture and least likely to be productive and send them back to their country of origin. If they refuse to specify their country of origin then they will be deported to the Ushuaia – Malvinas International Airport.

An incomplete list of requirements might include:

  • The ability for all post-pubescent immigrant wannabes (biological definition of adult, no documentation required) to read at the 6th grade or higher level in English or Spanish.
  • No "gang" tatts
  • Ability to score at least 50th percentile on the age/gender adjusted Cooper Fitness Standards. Gender used in the sense of XX or XY.
  • Up-to-date on vaccinations (not including Covid).

Remain-in-Mexico

Remain-in-Mexico policy worked. There is no reason to reinvent it. Wannabe immigrants become self-organizing after they realized that there was no point in burning money in Mexico because US would not let them in.

Restrictions issued by the Courts

Noted legal scholar Alexandria Occasional-Cortex noted that the President is given "broad discretion" in the execution of Executive duties. For example, she contends that Biden can totally ignore recent Supreme Court rulings that might cramp his agenda.

Swords cut both ways.

Summary

Most developed countries are facing demographic crashes as our legacy population ages.

We can roll-over like a female collie and except the heat-death-of-the-universe ending of our population (like Japan appears to have done).

We can close our eyes and passively get dry-holed by ravening hordes of third-world opportunists.

Or we can manage our situation.

The Garden Party advocates the third, pragmatic solution.

  1. I have come to the conclusion there will soon be a great need for excavator operators. Shovels take too long, can't go very deep.
That deagle study is starting to look pretty smart now, isn't it? How did they know all those years ago though?

    1. If you are discussing what I THINK you are talking about, please consider composting as an option. A couple of key points are that the nitrogen:carbohydrate ratio must be balanced. If you are attempting to compost a large quantity of nitrogen-rich material (meat, for instance) then you need ample quantities of dry corn-stalks, sawdust, wood-chips or straw to balance the N:C and get rapid, odor-free disposal of the item that requires disposal.

The Garden Party advocates composting and recycling fertility rather than burial beneath the root-zones of most food plants.

    2. Best composting results would seem to indicate a need for wood-chippers before getting to the excavating.

  2. Democrats have successfully changed what/why there is "Immigration".
First, Immigration is a LEGAL process. The LAWS need to be followed.
Second, we need to remember why there is immigration. Immigration exists to make the host country better. What does the prospective immigrant offer as skills to benefit the host country. Not a single Democrat can answer my question of "Why are we importing illiterate, unskilled welfare recipients?"

    1. According to advisors to the Garden Party, the single biggest impediment to LEGAL immigration is the requirement to demonstrate sufficient assets in the home-country to guarantee their return.

A very large percentage of people who want to come to this country do not own businesses, farms, real-estate or stock in companies in their originating country. They have nothing to hold-hostage.

The other reality is most of them will not go back. If they are good guests and good employees most communities do not want them to go back.

While those laws may have once made sense, they seem antiquated when viewed from our current situation.

Your comment about "skills" is on-point. A drug-screen is key to getting many jobs. Dropping "clean" should be a condition to getting into the country.

She had to have a job and $40,000

    3. They are imported simply to become democrat voters. And to financially grind our country to dust.

  3. Simple solution, and one that requires no real "enforcement"
    Stop Giving Them Free Shit.
No more welfare, housing, medical care or anything else. If you're not a citizen, you don't get anything. Nada. Zilch.
    They will self deport.

    1. Perhaps that is the reason my passport was stamped "No recourse to public funds" when I went on a short term work assignment in England in the :90s. As an aside, the short term lasted most of five years. And yes, their internal revenue did try to collect taxes on my wages.

  5. RFKJr went to the wall in Yuma, Az where he observed that most of the illegals coming across and in are from western Asia or Africa. So apparently Mexico and Central America have cleared out most of their inventory.

  6. Moats, fences etc. Backed in some places by minefields (Well placarded, of course).
Have a job before entering. If Soros can provide the infrastructure to lure people to this country, he can provide the infrastructure to find them legitimate jobs so they can pay taxes.
No free shit for 10 years (welfare, food stamps, healthcare, etc.) after your first taxed paycheck.
Break a law during that 10 years, besides traffic violations, you get tossed back across the border, or delivered free to the port of your choice. If you are a habitual traffic offender, you get tossed as well.
If you are found to be in the country illegally than you *never* get a chance to be a citizen. Jailed for 180 days then deported. (if you are already here you have 30 days, no more, to register).
You don't get to come here and then apply. Do so before travelling to the border. Again, if Soros can arrange to pay for transportation, he can arrange to help 'em register to enter.

Either you are an immigrant or an invader. Choose one.

  7. "If they refuse to specify their country of origin then they will be deported to the Ushuaia – Malvinas International Airport." Must disagree on the choice of country. Somalia is always looking for fresh fodder.

  8. Enforce a 30% surchange on money transfers out of the US tracked by the SSN/EIN of the sender. If they are legal they can claim the payments when paying taxes. Unclaimed funds go to the state where the transfer originated.

Penalty for hiring someone not authorized to work should be 10x the wages paid, plus the company is banned from bidding on any publicly funded contracts for 1 year for each illegal hired.

Also, company officers should be deemed individually and severally strictly liable for any stockholder actions as a result of the loss of company value due to the crime.

    1. Landscapers, roofers, concrete-work, garbage/salvage, running fiber-optic cable.... Not a lot of publicly traded companies or companies with Federal contracts. I am not sure that will be much of a deterrent.

    2. Fines that start at 10x the wages paid would hit the first three pretty hard and a public contract ban or revocation would hit a garbage company in the teeth. I said "Public contracts" meaning all levels of government, schools, etc. Not just Fedgov.

  9. 25%?, NFW! 100% of all illegals. Stop all freebies. Give them easy, paid for egress. If they don't cooperate, put them in a big Sheriff Arpaio type outdoor jail in the Southwest. Root out the NWO gang of domestic traitors to stop this shit. Did this posting up my score at the Fusion Centers? Did it get past the algos to a real hoomon? Just checking. If YOU aren't on any alphabet agency lists yet, you're NOT doing your part. Useless rant over.

    2. Back in the year 2000, unpublished analysis suggested that a "bad" or "toxic" hire in a UAW represented industry was likely to cost the employer $3 million over that bad-hire's employment history.

If the filters are dialed in to reject 25% of the applicants, most of the worst ones will self-select and not apply, not attempt to enter. A 25% filter will effectively eliminate 65% of the intake. It is like drug-users not even applying for jobs they know will test them. A few might roll-the-dice but the rest will not even bother.

Regarding "100%", our country is not replacing its population for a variety of reasons. The current rules will not pass enough people. The filters need to be rebalanced and the process needs to be streamlined so worthy wanna-be immigrants can LEGALLY immigrate to the US.

  10. Why impose those people on the good folk of Ushuia, whose only offense is to live in a semi-frozen hellhole at the end of the Earth. Send 'em to Riyadh or Dubai instead.
