California currently bans business with seventeen states.
Those states are overwhelmingly poorer, Blacker and have a greater percentage of Native-Americans than California.
Based on the disproportionate impacts on those communities, one must conclude that California's state government is engaged in a war against the poor, the Black and Native-Americans.
And since poverty is the number one predictor of life expectancy, one can even make a case that the State of California and its governor, Gavin Newsom are engaged in genocide against the poor, the Black and the Native-American.
Where are the screams from the compassionate Progressives? Where are the law suites based on "disproportionate impact"?
