Disproportionate Impact

Native-Americans building a house from pallets in South Dakata (winter windchill of -40F are common) due to lack of access to jobs and credit.

California currently bans business with seventeen states.

Those states are overwhelmingly poorer, Blacker and have a greater percentage of Native-Americans than California.

Based on the disproportionate impacts on those communities, one must conclude that California's state government is engaged in a war against the poor, the Black and Native-Americans.

And since poverty is the number one predictor of life expectancy, one can even make a case that the State of California and its governor, Gavin Newsom are engaged in genocide against the poor, the Black and the Native-American.

Where are the screams from the compassionate Progressives? Where are the law suites based on "disproportionate impact"?

The data

Median annual income in $1000 of California compared to the states they are boycotting

Percent Black/African-American of California compared to the states they are boycotting

Percent Native-American of California compared to the states they are boycotting. Native-Americans in the states of South Dakota, Oklahoma, Montana, North Dakota, Idaho and North Dakota can make a case that the State of California is STILL waging a war of genocide against them.

  1. I am proud that Kansas is on the list. In spite of our moronic governor we must be doing something right.

    1. Alinsky's RULE 4: “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.”

If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules. (This is a serious rule. The besieged entity’s very credibility and reputation is at stake, because if activists catch it lying or not living up to its commitments, they can continue to chip away at the damage.)
