First spring peepers of the season

Note to self: First spring peepers of the season heard this morning.

According to this site, Charlotte has 28 GDD base 42, 15 GDD base 45 and 5 GDD base 50.

    We have American toads singing a couple of nights ago for a couple of hours, then it got cold and they went back to sleep. But I am hearing the peepers over here too. :)
