Yep, they should restart Keystone, open up the cancelled drilling leases and increase production levels to what they were under Trump to reduce oil prices, deprive Putin of revenue, and increase our energy independence.
Not a chance of this happening under Biden. There's no way the Democrat ruling coalition with the greenies and proggies will allow such a thing.
ERJ, the fact that the Current Administration cares more about an increase in the price of Oil (and all that entails, both fuel and manufactured parts) than doing whatever it can to ensure energy independence and manageable costs for those it purports to represent should speak a great deal to a great many people about how they are viewed by their government
I am praying that those in our government who control such things will turn our petroleum producers loose and let them "drill baby, drill!"
