- Eat more whole foods
- Improve your sleep habits
- Take vacations (ERJ note: Having lunch out can be a vacation if you have the right mind-set)
- Stay connected
- Become less sedentary (Schedule time to move!!)
- Play more and have fun
- Ignite your life
