When life gets busy those rotisserie chix at the grocery store are a lifesaver for dinner... then the chicken soup afterwards is a bonus. HOWEVER, I have learned to simply get the nasty yellow processed cheese slices when you're at the store buying the chicken, because grilled cheese just doesn't taste right if you use anything else. And Wonder bread, too.
Between tasks on the Ranch, water and snack, hoping you have also read “The Stars Came Back”, also by Rolf Nelson. And obviously readying your blog… Wandering Neurons
For me, a chopped beef brisket sandwich (slice of cheese gratefully accepted) with toasted buns is a favorite. Sides of red beans - sliced pickles - onion slices. Pulled pork is delicious too.
