Out doing my chores on our farm in the NW UP of Michigan today and I only heard 4 shots. Not much happening and not many deer anymore , Too many special deer seasons, too many doe tags, too many road hunters, and WAY TOO MANY WOLVES. We have lived on our farm for 37 years and I've never seen this few deer and this many wolves. ---ken

ReplyDeleteIf not a buck then a nice fat doe is perfect for a meat deer.. I've found that the older does are probably warier and sneakier than the bucks
