No. Kazoo County here. I think storm total software is about as accurate as global warming programs. Had my rain gauge out since last night w/3.3" as of 8:00 PM. So I'm way over the NWS totals (https://radar.weather.gov/radar.php?rid=grr&product=N0R&overlay=11101111&loop=no) and way under your Accuweather guesstimate.
