A few words of hope to start the day

...two immutable things...we who have taken refuge (in the promises of God) might be strongly encouraged to hold fast to the hope that lies before us.
This we have as an anchor of the soul, sure and firm, which reaches into the interior behind the veil (of death), where Jesus has entered on our behalf as forerunner...   Hebrews 6:18,19

  2. It does read a little more cleanly that way.

My preference is to leave a little bit more rather than a little less context. My readers are smart. You guys can trim it down to make it more usable for everyday life.

The Bible was not written for dummies, in part because the only people who could read when the Bible was written were by definition in the top 5% or so of the population.
