In 1964 I joined " The Young Republicans" to work on the Barry Goldwater campaign. We lost badly. And the country has not been what America was again. Downhill ever since. Maybe some hope now but I doubt it will restore what we used to have.--ken

It is widely accepted that LBJ was crass and manipulative and ambitious and rarely let his principles hamper his ambitions. He abused dogs and it is also widely known that he used the "N-word" with great regularity.

Our standards of veracity have changed with the advent of inescapable video recording. If it isn't captured on video, it is disputed. Even if it IS recorded on video, AI manipulation can be claimed.
