Fake News Friday: If DJT bumped off ballot, candidates agree to nominate him as head of Department of Justice

Exclusive ERJ News Scoop!!!

All Republican Presidential Hopefuls (and None-of-the-Above and Nikki Haley and Ted Cruz) as well as Robert F Kennedy all agreed to nominate Donald J. Trump as head of the Federal Department of Justice if they win and if the Supreme Court determines that unproven allegations of Seditious behavior on January 6 are sufficient to remove him from the ballot-box.

    1. It would be magnificent theater.

I might get surprised, but I cannot see how "unproven allegations" can hold water in the Supreme Court. "Presumption of innocence" and all that.

I expect DJT to be on the ballot in November but not Biden. The knives are out for him. The only reason he has not been removed by the Dems is because they want to shield their choice as long as possible, which suggests he/she will not be able to withstand prolonged scrutiny.

    2. It would be indeed.

But if anyone wants "magnificent theater", re-electing Trump (again) should be a slam-dunk.

As for Biden, the special prosecutor's report makes it clear he was exactly the Alzheimer's basket case he is now, even before the 2020 campaign began.

And the 60% of America who cares can see that.
The other 40% would vote for a vegetable, even one with two legs, rather than consider common sense.

  3. I concur with ERJ - Biden evidence of mental capacity is becoming more and more evident. Even die-hard Dem 'Never Ever Trump' do not want to continue the past 4 years. He will be replaced at last moment so that any DJT - Right voters will not have time to mount full opposition.

Mainstream media is already ready too - protecting Biden gaffes and mistakes is becoming harder every day.

  4. It's called "October Surprise" for a reason.
