Friday menu

Rainbow trout fillet.  15 minutes at 325 F.
Taters from the garden.
Kale.  Center veins stripped out.  Steamed.  Sprinkled with vinegar and ascorbic acid.
Freshly picked raspberries.

  1. i've been taking our potato's, peeling them, and cutting into giant french fry pieces, coating a cookie sheet with butter and painting melted butter on top of the potato's , then baking them for about 30-40 minutes, turning them every 15 min.
    Yum!
