Fibernate, alt Brit Fibrenate:

Verb.  The act of napping beneath  fuzzy throws or quilts when caloric intake declines and/or cold weather, shorter daylight periods occur.

Alternate definition:  To consume large numbers of seed catalogs (made of paper, a fiber product) during the same period.
