What kind of wine should be served with pecans?

Squirrel Trap 2.0 in a pecan tree on a "highway" limb that stretches across the driveway twelve feet above the ground. I used a pecan half for bait.

It is humid today and the lens fogged up.
Does anybody know if pecans are usually served with a red wine or a white?

  1. Split the difference and go with a pink??
Our squirrels eat hickory, walnuts and butternuts...although fried chicken bits and bones work VERY well also...

  2. Definitely red but a sweet red. Ha.
