This person was successful.
I have not been quick enough to get a picture of the vehicle with the 9mm C42 license plate. We pass her ever few days on the way into mom and dads. The driver of the vehicle is a trim, tidy looking woman who looks like she is in her early twenties.
I would not be surprised if she works for the police department.
