Peaches

Picture from two years ago

I picked a lug of peaches yesterday.  I did not thin them so they are a bit puny.

I drove them in to Mom and Dad.

Dad ate one.  He had to stand over the kitchen sink and he held a towel in his left hand.

That is what local, fresh, ripe fruit is all about.

You might want to swing by my parent's house.  I don't think they can eat the entire lug and they love the company.

  2. You rock, girl.

I can call you a "girl" because I know for a fact that I am older than you. I am fifty mumble-mumble.

Kids go back to school tomorrow. Mrs ERJ informed me that my retirement *really** starts tomorrow. What to do, what to do?
