Asking for a friend
So if the Federal Government shuts down due to failure to agree on a budget, does that mean that Biden's Border Patrol will stop cutting Texas Governor Abbot's fences?
Aand those same loathsome creatures will swing by the National Parks, for free, and lock the gates shut. No candy for you bad children.
Would I were that when there was a shutdown in the (ahem) public sector, that the flow of money would immediately STOP, and there would be zero "repayments"
Just like in the "private" sector. Shut it down, and leave it down.
Sadly I *think* the money to keep Ukraine's little war going, and undocumented immigrants flowing freely was PASSED yesterday.
