This reminds me of the residents of Wooton Bassett in England, who would always line the route from the nearby RAF airfield whenever military personnel bodies were being repatriated from places like Afghanistan. A fitting tribute to those who had died in the service of their country.
I know a guy who hits the local Cemetery with bayonet and e-tool to uncover flush-set markers, that none be forgotton. Cemetery includes vets from the War Between the States.
They understand Honor. Just like the flight folks for troops coming come in a casket from overseas.
