  1. At first I was amazed at the lack of historical knowledge... then I remembered what schools are like today.
The question that remains, is are the commies running the school system deliberately NOT covering the wonders of Communism, like all the stories of zoo animals being eaten by the starving communists, or is it just coincidence?

I suppose we *might* want to listen to what they TELL US, eh?

    SNIP from above link:

Well, this is what happens when the far left takes power, even on a municipal level.

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani has appointed Cea Weaver as the Director of the City Office to Protect Tenants. Presumably, a position intended to stand behind the rights of housing tenants against the property owner. However, Ms. Weaver has some remarkable views on private property and home ownership.

In this video clip below you will notice Ms. Weaver outline how homeowners will need to modify their view on their property ownership to reflect a new municipal perspective that considers all individually owned property to be part of a new collective property viewpoint as controlled by city government.

Onward! YES, WE CAN! Where pray tell did I hear that before?

Dark times as where California and NY go, I've noticed so does the rest of America in the past 40+ years.

    Praying for wisdom

    1. Further proof, of where this is all headed (hint: buy more copper jacketed precious metal).
The thing people don't get is, THEY VOTED FOR THIS! Greater than 50% of the people living in NYFC chose this platform, willingly. Yes, they are historically ignorant. Yes, they haven't a clue. But that IS what they selected when confronted with the choice in the voting booth. They will likewise see no objection to implementation of this platform. Yes, NYFC voted for communism (well, 51% of them anyways).
      Act accordingly.

    2. The best we can hope for is to have the city implode very quickly and very visibly to serve as a good "bad example".

I saw where Staten Island wants to leave NYC and form an independent municipality. I expect the State of New York to impede that effort and the voting apparatus to poison any referendums.

Since Staten Island will not be allowed to leave, the smarter residents will sell while they can still command strong prices. The last to flee will be in a negative equity position.
