Picture in your head a gent making muscles to impress the ladies. He is looking at you. This gives you a picture of where my puncture wound is. |
My bicep looks "funny" because I had a tendon injury (among other things) when I was hit by a car in 2022. It is called "Popeye's Deformity"
As requested by Jim_R in comments of a previous post.
Goals met
There was no "stretch goal". Everything on the list was mandatory.
Quicksilver's wading pool was filled with 4" of water.
Half the garden was tilled.
One hundred feet of potato row were planted. Mrs ERJ was a trooper in helping me!!! Proverbs 31, she is. When I mentioned that to her, she shared that she was enjoying Maisy Marple's Connie Cafe Mysteries and she had just finished book 12, Proverbs & Preparations. She enjoys them because they are light reading that is uplifting. The characters are very comfortable talking about God. Mrs ERJ suggested that people who are interested in this kind of literature might want to start at the beginning.
The gas chainsaw was brought back to Operational status.
I filled the gas tank on the Silverado after loaning out to Southern Belle and Kubota. The pump stopped at $99.86. It has a big gas tank.
Trunks of culled apple and pear trees were cut to 16" lengths at The Property and stacked.

There is a memorial plaque left-of-center in front of the boulder. I have no clue who it is for. I will weed around it and scrub the algae off of the surface. |

ReplyDeleteLol, I was trying to think of a polite way to say that.
DeleteI bought my '86 Suburban from my boss. The factory equipped it with 2 - 20 gallon gas tanks. He told me after a while, he would forget if the unused tank had gas in it. He chose to remove both tanks and replace with a single 40 gallon tank. The gas gauge always told the truth.
ReplyDeleteMy wife just bought the Connie Cafe Series. Thanks for the tip Joe. ---ken
