Dishonest professor at harvard. Lower-case "h" intentional. |
Use of "Monster" in a headline is usually hyperbole. In this case...not so. |
Florida man. I popped open the article and checked. |
I assume the costumes were "comped" by the designers. I cannot imagine anybody paying money for any of those outfits |
I did NOT pop this one open but I assume the local government is using power of Eminent Domain to condemn the property for...pickleball courts. New Jersey |
Believed to have been perpetrated by "...a white British male from Liverpool..." Would have been Hate-Speech if they had published any other demographic | |
Click-bait bull shit. RUN any time somebody claims to be an investment adviser claims to be able to predict the future prices of anything. |
You really don't hate them enough.
ReplyDeleteThere are very few things I can do that will result in acute pain to the harvard crowd. But reducing them to a generic commodity like "kleenex" or "xerox" is one of them.
DeleteDefinition: harvard (lower-case "h"): An inferior academic who is also dishonest and self-serving.
Also, any institution that produces mediocre academics.
I too have found I take great pleasure in refusing to capitalize certain words and phrases that are 'proper nouns' and otherwise subject to capitalization. I'm a stickler on most subjects, so it serves as a poignant snub to deliberately choose to induce errors in one's own work.
DeleteA "harvard", I like it!
DeleteFabricating a study on dishonesty.
ReplyDelete"To catch a thief...."
In our area, the county tax assessor has doubled property assessments. It's fixing to get ugly. A lot of people are protesting their assessment. There might be a class action lawsuit, and/or fraud charges... One can only hope. I think that there were rosy scenarios for sales because people were fleeing the cities. Now the sales numbers have stagnated and TPTB are in a budget jam so they're trying to boost tax revenue... It's not going to end well for them. Dishonesty is kind of predictable...
ReplyDeleteYou too, eh?
DeleteSadly, the assessed value is probably what I could sell it for.
While I find taxation > theft, I also have a hard time arguing against the adjustment. Don't like it, think its wrong, but their argument is made of sound logic.
Found that out the hard way when hubby decided to list our home. When RE listing are signed the amount is then sent immediately to the valuation office and they up the taxes same day. Our valuation had been basically what we paid for it and all the work was done on inside but because he took hubby value are taxes doubled. When I got home 2 weeks later I immediately cancelled the listing. Didn"t matter to tax office. Costly mistake.
DeleteThat “monster couple” makes me sick. So much evil in the world. I hope they get their appropriate rewards, either in this world or the next.
ReplyDeleteMy old farrier used to say he wanted to see a return to public hangings for some monsters. I have to agree.

I am obviously an outside observer to current Modern University Education, but it sure seems to me like the system has a number of issues on many fronts. I wonder if they have to courage to self correct or will sink into the world of reputation based on past glories only, not present work.
ReplyDeletePickleball or homeless shelter, pickleball or homeless shelter?
ReplyDeleteThat's a tough one.
City amenity or drug-infested eyesore? I'm normally against Eminent Domain but if the church is trying to create something that will destroy the town by attracting criminals and crime I think the Town Fathers have a point.
DeleteFrom what I've seen of the Episcipalion faith in the news, I'm leaning towards pickle ball.
ReplyDeleteProperty tax is a tax on an unrealized capital gain. A tax on profits which haven't actually been taken and may not ever be. Rumor is they're fixing to do that to shareholders now too.
