  2. Exactly where in the parking lot is this BMW located? If he's FAR away from the building he's likely parking this way to keep knuckledragging mouth breathers from dinging up an expensive vehicle. As such I see nothing wrong with taking up too parking spaces...that would almost certainly otherwise be left empty.

    1. Consider the plight of the contracter who pulls into the parking lot pulling a trailer and who needs wide spaces to swing around. The person who parks their vehicle that way, especially if it is out-of-sight from the entrance really complicates that guy's job. He came to paint a bathroom stall or change some light-bulbs or suck the grease out of the tank and now he cannot exit the parking-lot without risking banging up vehicles. While he sits in his truck waiting for the parking lot to clear, he is an obstacle for clients/customers.

      Parking lots aren't just parking lots. They are also access to the building.
