Why aren't protestors who glue their hands to the pavement charged with "Unlawful Detainment"?

So, why aren't the protestors who glue their hands to the pavement and cause traffic to stack-up charged with "Unlawful Imprisonment"? The occupants of the vehicles at the front of the line were detained without due-process.

  1. Maybe because the Blue cities this happens in has prosecutors and mayors that are known to be supportive of such disruptive acts?

When we had a small Antifa gathering in my area supporting St Floyd of Fentanyl "I can't breathe" some out of towners tried to block the street.

They were swiftly corrected by locals and when Antifa tried to get the police to "arrest them for assault" our police laughed at them and said you were not Assaulted YET and walked away.

They can only play in the street IF the local Politics and Police ALLOW IT.

    1. Only works if the prosecutors, police and mayors support charging them and fining them for cleanup.

      Soros spends his money well.

  3. Across the pond, we have blatant two tier policing of such disruption. If yours is an 'approved by the establishment' protest then you get a free pass to do whatever you want, the police just stand and watch or even help. However, if yours is not 'approved' then out come the police in body armour and with batons to make sure that you get the establishment message that you have committed "wrong think" and need to be seriously re-educated.

  4. Cordless grinder (Or a sawzall)
after you cut the hand off of the first one or two, the disruptions will stop rapidly.

As others have said, this tactic only works if the local prosecutors allow it, or are told to allow it by their Soros backed paymasters
