Playing with ideas

I am just playing with ideas, here.

The Progressives are against requiring picture ID to vote. They claim that it will make it impossible for many voters to successfully cast their ballot.

The Progressives claim they want fair, high-integrity elections. They claim that they want to make it very easy to vote.

So...how about biometric identification as an optional, alternative method? That is used in the Plasma Donor industry to prevent donors from donating dangerously large amounts of plasma by visiting multiple collection sites and thereby endangering their health.

If Sum Dood doesn't have an ID, he can just have his biometric data taken and used for ID.

The only issue I can see is that if somebody accidentally voted twice in different precincts there would be actionable evidence of the crime. But that shouldn't be a problem for the Progressives, right? THey say they want high-integrity elections.

  1. They'll keep moving the goal line. The goal is unrestrained power over other people. "By their fruit you will know them..."

  2. Makes sense to me. It's more accurate than a photo ID and requires nothing buta cheek swab. It would be interesting to hear the objections to this proposal.

  3. Ever since elections started being disputed (Bush v Gore) I guessed that The Mark of the Beast would be sold to us as voter ID to assure fair elections. The part about not being able to "buy or sell" without The Mark comes later, to everyone's chagrin.

  4. 100% against biometric data being used as a required form of ID.

Facial/Iris/fingerprints etc. in a database are a bad idea. There isn't a database ever that has not been hacked at some point.

  5. Purple fingers work just fine, thanks. Puerto Rico has a special finger ink that doesn't show any color at all, until the finger is viewed under a special light source. Funny how they can use that in a second-world US territory, and have no fraud problem, not even accusations of fraud.

  6. I concur with 3 of the 4 above...
    This is a paradigm problem.
Your paradigm is tools like this are only ever used for good, they are never to put use for 'evil' purposes.
Go ahead, register your guns. We're never coming for them, so you have nothing to worry about!
Put Biometric ID into a government run and managed database, they're the most secure, never get hacked!

... Yes, in THEORY something like a biometric identification process will help combat fraud in many areas (but we've all seen those Mission Impossible movies, you can lift finger prints with scotch tape and beat retinal scanners with contact lenses if you're Tom Cruise). However in practice these sorts of things invariably get used by despots, hackers, or other nefarious persons and parties to cause harm to the individuals who willingly gave up a portion of their freedom in exchange for a false sense of safety. I'm sure you're familiar w/ the famous quote to that effect.
    Bad idea.
What's worse, you're accepting the lie the left is telling by trying to devise a work-around. The correct response is to confront the lie, it is NOT harder for people to vote by requiring ID. It is harder to CHEAT if you require ID.
There are those that would argue, the reason the cheating is being 'allowed' to flourish, is because they want you to clamor for the biometric ID they plan to use against you in the future. Ambushes are often created to funnel the victim into another ambush. We got the KungFlu b/c they wanted to give us the shot. Are we getting the voter and medical fraud b/c they want to install biometric and facial recognition systems nationwide? It's not like they made you get a RealID in order to get on a plane or anything.
Paradigm. Adjust yours until it becomes predictive. This is all very obvious if you're paradigm is aligned properly.

  7. Hells NO! No more databases with my info in them, not GOV, not Google, not now, not never.

    No.

    Purple finger works just fine.

  8. Progressives lie. It's WHAT THEY DO! Believing anything they say is a fools errand.
