The papers are full of stories of judges refusing to sentence convicted felons to sentences that are consistent with guidelines because they believe that the convicted felon has a low IQ and is therefore not responsible for their crimes.
In other news:
So, let me get this straight...if a black student or immigrant proves that they can master middle-school math then they face prison sentences if convicted of a felony (whether rightly convicted or not). Meanwhile, if they fail 5th-grade math the judge parks them in a cushy half-way house for six months and then they are released back into society.

Doing anything would be 'raciss' so everyone agrees to be silent. That is why the Paki rape gangs in the UK were allowed to operate by the Establishment for decades.

ReplyDeleteRoughly a sixth of African Americans are stupider than 70IQ, totally unable to function in society. More than two thirds are at or below 100IQ. They will struggle with abstract thought like 5th grade math, and most will lose the struggle.
The judges, etc are idiots to pretend otherwise.
They are totally unable to function in Western European (white) society but they would do just fine back in Africa. With a median IQ is about 85 (or 1 SD below Europeans) that means around 1/6th are at or above the mean for Europeans.
