What is your plan for those Red Mammoth Mangles, Joe?
ReplyDeleteAs they are traditionally used for animal fodder as they grow to some 20-40 pounds, they are nice to eat the greens and immature smaller tender beets as human food.
Chickens love them as winter feed, but they are mostly carbs so protein feeds also needed.
