ERJ, I was thinking I might have to upgrade but by some kind of fluke I have at least 3 more years of Window 10 updates. Given the amount I use my computer any more, it is hard to justify upgrading unless I have to - and even at that, I may to become sufficiently IT aware to do something other than Windows 11.
At this point, the release on this laptop is a real battery killer. It doesn't shut-down until 4% and it is very busy even with the device closed and the screen off. Win 10 wouldn't eat battery even when the laptop was closed for days.
Yeah... Something seems off...
ReplyDeleteGreat time to move to a GNU/Linux OS!

ReplyDeleteNot until you put eyelashes and eyeliner on me, Joe.

ReplyDeleteI am not running Windows 11 and don't plan to.
DeleteWhen it is time for me to upgrade, it will be to Linux, NOT Windows 11.
