  1. Admittedly, that is seriously stupid-close to be shooting rifle rounds at a steel target. Did you use green-tips, too? Sheesh. This is why politicians shouldn't make laws. They're dumbasses.

  3. 100m is the minimum for safety when firing RIFLE ammunition at steel targets. I guess there weren't any competent range safety officers on site.
