Efforts by the Democratic leadership to intimidate West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin came to an abrupt end after he informed them that 96% of the vehicles driving around Washington D.C. with West Virginia plates carried 300mm, Heavy Duty kinetic-energy weapons.
