Regarding the mortars: Janell...A lot IS happening.

Regarding the mortars: Janelle stumbled across one technology that worked 100% of the time. She has limited resources and many assignments. Once she found a horse that was a runner, she stopped looking.

Using a defensive handgun analogy: She chose the .380 ACP Highpoint that goes off EVERY time over the .460 Larry Csonka Magnum handloads that only goes off 30% of the time.

Stay tuned...Eaton Rapids Joehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09102166969915526172noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2970975545475697571.post-62361729810502291452019-11-11T11:14:42.367-05:002019-11-11T11:14:42.367-05:00Wow! He is still not 100% recovered from the last time. Plus, gunshot wounds bleed, and he could be bleeding to death.

If the blast from the tanker singed eyebrows at 150 meters, I wonder what it did to the enemy in and around Pete's store. If nine mortar rounds did not much more to the vehicles than break windows, that is somewhat disappointing. Still, having mortars at all is waay better than not having any.

Chernovsky is right. If large numbers of the enemy are allowed to withdraw and escape, they will learn from their mistakes and come back again sooner or later, and in greater numbers. They must be wiped out, so that their compadres back home will conclude that attacking this community is suicide. Having said that, Chernovsky should seek to capture a few of them for interrogation. It simply must be learned, where they came from, who sent them, who their leaders are, and how many others there are.

I am worried about the Amish. Are they also under attack? I cannot imagine them faring as well as our community defended by Chernovsky and his fighters.

Was a radio message successfully sent to Benecio, and if so will he choose to come to the aid of the communities? While Benecio is as amoral as a snake, he does have a vested interest in their well-being. With the food that they grow, Benecio can continue to be the most powerful man in his area.

One last thought. Quinn still has one more round for the RPG.

George Truehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17352709031834067303noreply@blogger.com
