One of the issues is that the feed into the house came out of the ground within inches of a water spigot. It was so close that I could not get a five gallon bucket under the spigot without hitting the feed wire.<br /><br />Jake took care of that while he was here, too. He moved the feed 8 inches farther from the water spigot.<br /><br />I don't think I will have to pay for the repairs.
