It usually functions as a hay field. It is lined with multiple tree varieties as Hubby has yet to meet a tree he doesn't like. most on the farm he planted over the past decades. He has a band saw mill, and is always looking at a tree in terms of how many logs he could get out of it.<br />The tree guys who maintain the utility rights of way around here came in off the side road, never told anyone they were working in the area, brush hogged down the biggest red raspberries I have seen in forever, and then cut down some ash trees (10 feet off the line) and chunked them up into long firewood chunks. On top of a<br />ground bees nest that Hubby and helper found the hard way. <br />Folks here were not happy, but we did get a little more fire wood.
