The perils of taking pictures

A man in New Jersey is in trouble for shooting down a drone that was photographing homes.  The owner of the drone claims he was not photographing the shooter's home but of a nearby house that was under construction. Further, the owner of the drone claims he was not over the shooter's lot when the drone was shot down.

That National Forest System proposes rules that prohibit photographing in National Forests (presumably part of the public weal). Violation of these prohibitions would expose the photographer to fines.

Initial reports claimed the cost of permit to shoot photos in the wilderness would be $1,500, followed byor up to an up to $1,000 fine upon violation.
